The first number on Henry Meds' women's HRT page is $149 per month. The first question for a prospective patient should be what that buys for the particular treatment being considered. A bundled price is useful only when the prescription and service terms are clear.
We examined the public HRT and service pages on September 21, 2026. Henry describes both FDA-approved and compounded options, with clinician assessment before prescribing. This entry documents those statements and their limits; it does not report a personal consultation or independently verified treatment results.

The published service record
Henry says the $149 women's HRT plan includes medical visits, prescribed medication and supplies, delivery and continuing support. The FAQ puts prescribed testosterone at an additional $100. Do not assume that add-on is part of routine menopause treatment or necessary to obtain the advertised core program.
For your own record, request the exact medication names and which charges are included. Ask whether a change to the prescription would change the bill. The site describes a broad bundle, but the relevant financial commitment is the plan actually offered to you after assessment. Keep a copy of that offer with the renewal terms.
Eligibility deserves its own line
The opening page describes women 35 and older, while the detailed FAQ specifies at least 35 and below 60. We use the more specific limit when describing enrollment. A person aged 60 or older should not assume eligibility based on the opening sentence.
That limit belongs to this service. It should not be read as an instruction for everyone to discontinue HRT at 60. An individual's treatment decision needs medical context, including time since menopause and relevant health history. Our starting HRT after 50 guide explains the questions to bring to that conversation. State availability also needs confirmation for women's HRT, not simply for another Henry program.
Two approval categories in the same menu
The page labels the body cream and vaginal cream as compounded, while it labels patches and tablets FDA-approved. A brand-level description cannot tell you which category your eventual prescription occupies. Ask the prescriber to identify the product, ingredients, intended use and dispensing pharmacy.
FDA explains that compounded drugs do not receive its premarket approval. They may address a specific medical need, but customization alone does not prove consistent absorption, better symptom relief or fewer adverse effects. The compounding evidence guide distinguishes a personalized treatment plan from a custom-prepared medicine. Ask why any proposed compounded product is being chosen over an approved alternative.
How the prescription reaches you
Henry describes medication delivery following the clinical assessment when treatment is prescribed. Before enrolling, determine the shipment quantity, refill cadence and contact for a delayed or damaged order. General delivery estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date for an individual medicine or address.
If using a local pharmacy is essential, ask whether the proposed program allows it. Do not count on transferring a medication-inclusive shipping bundle into a pharmacy benefit without confirmation. The preferred-pharmacy shortlist compares services that explicitly describe that arrangement, so you can make the delivery choice part of your provider search.
What continuing support needs to mean
Find out who reviews questions between appointments and whether a new visit is required for a prescription change. Ask how you receive your care summary and who coordinates an examination if a concern cannot be assessed remotely. This review did not test the portal or measure response times.
The practical standard is an understandable plan: what each medicine is for, what follow-up is expected and whom to contact when something changes. Our prescription-reading guide helps you collect those details. A shipment arriving on time is one part of care, not proof that the treatment remains appropriate indefinitely.
Cancellation and longer commitments
Henry's FAQ permits cancellation but says a multi-month plan can leave the remaining balance due, with a medically determined exception described. Ask what obligation applies to the exact offer you are selecting. Cancellation access and the right to stop paying immediately are not necessarily the same thing.
For comparison, enter the confirmed care and medication costs in the cost worksheet. Avoid entering an included medication charge twice. If the program requires a longer payment commitment than the worksheet's 90-day estimate, record that upfront obligation separately so the short-term estimate does not hide it.
Our assessment of the fit
Henry merits investigation for someone inside the stated eligibility window who wants prescribed medication and home delivery included in a recurring price. Pharmacy flexibility, the exact formulation and longer-term cancellation obligations still need direct answers. None of those questions can be settled by testimonials alone.
The Henry Meds versus LifeMD comparison examines two different ways of presenting online HRT costs. It does not identify a clinically superior provider. For a patch-specific discussion, continue with the estradiol patch options and confirm the prescribed regimen with a clinician.
