Midi’s midlife-care focus makes it relevant when menopause symptoms and weight concerns arrive in the same conversation. The practical question is how the clinician evaluates each concern, records the treatment plan and coordinates follow-up. A shared provider does not make HRT and a GLP-1 medicine interchangeable.
The Hormone Ledger checked Midi’s public visit pricing, weight-program explanation and subscription terms on October 15, 2026. We did not book care, obtain a prescription or test response times. This is an assessment of the documented arrangement, with provider descriptions separated from independent treatment evidence.

Bring two concerns without assuming one diagnosis
Midi’s program explanation places weight care within its broader midlife service. It describes clinician-led options that can include lifestyle support and prescription medicines. That tells a reader what can enter the discussion; it does not establish the cause of an individual’s symptoms or eligibility for a particular treatment.
Ask the clinician to state the purpose of each proposed medicine and how the plan will be reviewed. If you already receive menopause or weight care elsewhere, clarify who will receive the records and who remains responsible for follow-up. Our online-care checklist helps organize that conversation without selecting a treatment.
Price the appointment before pricing the prescription
The checked pricing page lists a 30-minute first self-pay visit at $250 and a 15-minute returning visit at $150. These are visit charges. They do not establish the price of a GLP-1 medicine, an HRT prescription, a test or a combined care package.
For example, one first visit and one returning visit would total $400 in self-pay appointment fees at those listed rates. That is arithmetic for that visit pattern, not a prediction of how many appointments you need. Add the separately quoted prescriptions and other services in the 90-day cost worksheet.
A network claim does not settle your bill
Midi’s insurance page says coverage depends on the specific plan, with deductibles, copays and coinsurance potentially applicable. It currently describes Medicare as out of network, with self-pay restrictions, and says it cannot accept Medicaid or Medi-Cal patients. Confirm your plan and eligibility directly before booking.
The appointment benefit and the pharmacy benefit should have separate entries in your notes. A covered visit does not demonstrate that a particular weight medicine will be covered, that a prior authorization will succeed or that a compounded prescription will be reimbursed. Ask for the cash responsibility if a claim or medication request is denied.
Identify the actual weight-care preparation
Midi’s program article says treatment may include compounded GLP-1 medicines when the clinician considers them appropriate; its footer says availability is not in all 50 states and identifies compounded products as not FDA-approved. Do not convert that program description into guaranteed access in your location or a promise of a particular drug.
FDA’s compounding guidance explains that compounds do not undergo the agency’s premarket review for safety, effectiveness and quality. Request the exact preparation, dispensing pharmacy and reason it is being considered. This review does not adopt a general safety claim from a provider page as an independent conclusion about every compounded product.
Separate medicine evidence from the care setting
Midi’s published patient stories describe individual experiences; they cannot show that its service produces better results than another clinic or that combining two treatments is appropriate for you. A midlife specialty and a convenient appointment format answer different questions from comparative clinical evidence.
The HRT prescription guide is useful for recording the menopause side of the plan. Keep a separate record for any weight medicine and ask the treating clinician to review the complete list. This page supplies no dose, combination protocol or instruction to start or stop treatment.
Read each subscription’s own agreement
The current terms allow automatically renewing purchases for certain products and identify CustomRx prescription subscriptions. They say the specific subscription terms at enrollment supply the product, charge, cadence and cancellation deadline. We therefore do not assign one universal monthly price or cancellation cutoff to every Midi prescription.
The terms also permit an early first renewal and later charges or shipments up to two days early in specified circumstances. Online cancellation is described, but cancellation stops future charges and does not ordinarily create a refund for orders already processed, shipped or dispensed. Partly used periods generally are not refunded, subject to stated exceptions and applicable law. Save the terms and confirmation for each selected product.
Decide whether the coordination is useful to you
A reader may value discussing midlife symptoms and weight concerns within one service. The useful evidence to obtain is concrete: the clinician’s scope, the purpose of each prescription, who handles test results, the follow-up arrangement and the complete expected bill. A broad menu alone does not answer those questions.
Our assessment is conditional on those individual details. Read the existing Midi HRT service record for the menopause-focused entry and the cost checklist for the budgeting method. Neither an affiliate placement nor this source review establishes a clinical ranking.
