Parée advertises $79 per four weeks and charges $237 every twelve weeks. The latter is an 84-day period. Calling that three calendar months would obscure the renewal schedule, because calendar months do not all contain twenty-eight days.

Put the charge and next collection date next to each other in your budget. A comparison with another provider needs the same time window and all relevant charges. The published bundle has checkout boundaries

The pricing page describes review, messaging, follow-up, medication when prescribed and shipping in a single cash-pay membership. It also points readers to the exact checkout inclusions. That qualification matters if a clinician recommends a particular product, an additional medicine or care outside the service.

Ask whether the proposed regimen is covered in full and what happens financially after an adjustment. Clarify laboratory, examination or referral expenses separately. Parée says insurance is not accepted; use of HSA or FSA funds depends on your plan rules, which this review cannot verify.

Written intake does not eliminate all appointments

Parée describes clinician review of a structured written intake, followed by communication through its portal. It notes that video can be needed because of state requirements or the clinical situation. The initial form therefore does not guarantee an entirely appointment-free course of care.

The site advertises service across all fifty states and Washington, DC, subject to local differences and eligibility. Confirm where you will physically be when care is delivered. The message-based shortlist helps compare what written access does and does not establish.

The treatment page is a category list

Listed possibilities include estradiol patches, tablets and gel, oral micronized progesterone, vaginal estrogen and nonhormonal approaches. The clinician selects treatment after evaluation. The page should not be read as a shopping list or evidence that a preferred prescription is guaranteed.

For the medicine offered to you, request the manufacturer, strength, route and dispensing pharmacy. Confirm whether it is an FDA-approved product or a compounded preparation. Clarify what continuing access means

The membership description includes secure messages and reviews. Ask whether a medical message reaches the prescriber directly, how quickly routine questions are usually assessed and what route is available for a more urgent concern. Parée’s website also includes a shop. A supplement or skincare purchase does not establish that a clinician has evaluated menopause symptoms. Ask whether any recommended nonprescription item is optional and how it relates to the actual clinical plan.
