Your Menopause Concierge advertises a $375 virtual assessment that includes baseline laboratory evaluation and a 90-minute consultation. Its page explicitly separates this assessment from treatment, which can follow through a membership arrangement.
Our September 21, 2026 source check found comprehensive membership pricing of $5,600 for the first year and $3,800 for established clients, with the consultation credited toward year one. We did not enroll, verify personal eligibility or receive a treatment proposal.

Understand what happens at the first consultation
The published process asks patients to leave preparation time for forms and laboratory work before the appointment. The visit then brings the history, symptoms and results together to discuss next steps. It is not described as an immediate prescribing appointment.
Ask what you receive if you decide not to enter membership. A substantial assessment fee can be easier to evaluate when the expected deliverable and the boundary before treatment are explicit. Do not infer a same-day prescription from the presence of HRT elsewhere on the website.
Record the annual commitment accurately
The comprehensive membership page distinguishes first-year and established-client prices and says the consultation is credited. Confirm how the credit is applied in the actual agreement. It should not be counted twice simply because the consultation and membership have separate pages.
If installments or advance-payment discounts are offered, ask how they affect the amount owed and cancellation calculation. A monthly equivalent can be useful for comparison while still differing from the contractual payment schedule. The care-plan guide explains that distinction.
Check what the membership includes
The public description emphasizes extended follow-ups, ongoing clinician contact, laboratory work individualized to the plan and medication management. Medicines, targeted supplements and imaging remain separate expenses. Ask for the exact scope and which recommended items are optional.
The practice describes membership services as outside insurance billing. A possible pharmacy or outside-service benefit needs its own verification. The cost checklist helps avoid treating a comprehensive clinical program as a promise that every related purchase is included.
For the 90-day worksheet, enter the actual upfront amount you would pay if it falls in that period. Do not enter only a quarter of an annual charge and mistake that estimate for cash required at enrollment. Keep the full-year commitment visible alongside the shorter comparison.
Confirm where care takes place
The FAQ describes virtual initial consultations and comprehensive care through telehealth, its Marina del Rey clinic or a combination. A separate house-call program has local boundaries. These descriptions do not verify prescribing availability nationwide.
Ask whether your location is eligible and whether the plan expects an office visit. If you prefer remote care, understand where an examination, imaging study or referral would occur. The relationship with a local clinic may be useful, but only if it fits the care you can actually access.
Ask how the prescription is selected
The comprehensive offering includes HRT assessment and management without identifying a universal drug regimen. Ask for the ingredient, route, pharmacy and evidence relevant to the proposed treatment. A personalized plan does not automatically mean a compounded prescription.
Our approval-status guide and testing explainer help keep product and laboratory questions precise. A provider's preferred package is not proof that every person considering menopause treatment needs the same tests or medicines.
Put support and exit terms in writing
The site describes continuing visits and response targets for nonurgent communication. We have not independently tested those commitments. Ask how urgent concerns are handled and when you should seek local assessment instead of waiting for a message response.
The FAQ distinguishes monthly cancellation from refunds on annual prepayment, including discount adjustments. Confirm which rule is incorporated into your agreement and what happens to pending care. Knowing how a relationship ends is part of understanding the initial commitment.
Compare the scope you expect to use
One Medical provides a different primary-care membership comparison, while Circle Medical publishes a per-appointment model. Their prices cannot be compared fairly without considering contact, geography, outside charges and the treatment sequence.
This concierge practice may interest someone prioritizing longer, continuing contact. Its public offer does not establish better clinical outcomes than another arrangement. Before enrollment, obtain a clear account of the assessment, the start of treatment and the full financial commitment.
